Why the firm is small on purpose

There is a version of personal-injury practice that runs on volume: television advertising at the front, a call centre in the middle, and a case manager the client speaks to for two years without ever meeting the lawyer. It is a legitimate business. It is not this one.

Cooper Law keeps a deliberately narrow docket so that the attorney handling a case is the attorney who read the medical records, watched the intersection video, and decided what the claim is worth. When an adjuster calls, the person answering knows the file. That is the whole design.

It also means we say no. If a matter belongs with a firm that has a specialist practice, or if the honest answer is that you do not need a lawyer at all, we will tell you in the first conversation rather than the third month.

What Omar handles personally

Every case, at every stage. In practice that means:

• the initial review — deciding whether there is a claim, and saying so plainly;
• the liability theory — who is responsible, and under which Georgia rule;
• the damages workup — medical records, wage loss, future care, and the human cost that does not appear on a bill;
• the demand and the negotiation with the insurer;
• the decision, made with the client, about whether to accept an offer or file suit.

A young firm, stated plainly

Cooper Law is a new practice — Omar was admitted in 2023, and this site does not claim decades of experience, a settlement scoreboard, or awards the firm has not been given. What it claims is verifiable: the law school, the bar admission and its standing, the address, and who does the work.
