Practice Focus

Cooper Law focuses on Georgia plaintiff-side personal-injury matters and national mass-tort litigation. The firm does not handle criminal defense, family law, or business transactions — by design. Specialization produces results.

Georgia personal-injury practice: motor-vehicle collisions (cars, trucks, motorcycles, rideshare), pedestrian and bicycle accidents, premises liability and slip-and-fall, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, dog bites, and Georgia lemon-law claims for consumers with defective vehicles.

National mass-tort practice: Cooper Law accepts clients across the United States for active multidistrict litigation including Camp Lejeune water contamination, talcum powder ovarian cancer, chemical hair relaxer cancer claims, Roundup glyphosate exposure, AFFF firefighting foam cancer, paraquat Parkinson's disease, hernia mesh, and Zantac (ranitidine) cancer claims.
