What we will and will not claim

Cooper Law is a young practice. Rather than fill this page with stock testimonials, here is what is actually verifiable — and what a good outcome means here.

Cooper Law does not publish client testimonials it has not received, case results it has not obtained, or star ratings it has not earned. This page carries the firm’s verifiable credentials, an explanation of how we judge a result, and a link to leave a review if we have worked together.

Why this page is not a wall of five-star quotes

Personal-injury websites are full of testimonials and seven-figure numbers. Some are real. A surprising number are stock copy, and the numbers frequently belong to a different firm, a different case, or a co-counsel arrangement in which the named firm did a fraction of the work.

Cooper Law opened in 2023. Publishing a scoreboard now would mean inventing one, and a prospective client has no way to tell the difference — which is exactly why it is worth not doing. When there are documented outcomes the clients have agreed to publish, they will appear here, described accurately, with the disclaimer the rules require.

How we judge a result

A number on its own says very little — a $100,000 settlement can be an excellent result or a poor one depending on the policy limits, the liability picture and the medical record. We look at four things:

  • Did the client get the available money? Recovering the full limits of every applicable policy — including the client’s own uninsured-motorist coverage — is often the real ceiling of a case.
  • Was the medical picture complete before it was valued? A case settled before treatment finished has been undersold, whatever the figure.
  • Were the liens handled? Health insurers, hospitals and Medicare all reach into a settlement. Reducing those is take-home money for the client.
  • Did the client understand the choice? The decision to accept or file belongs to the client, made with an honest read of the risk.

If we have worked together

An honest review — good or otherwise — is genuinely useful to the next person deciding whether to call. You can leave one on the firm's Google Business Profile. We do not offer anything in exchange for a review and we do not screen them.

Attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case turns on its own facts.

The consultation is free either way.

Ask about experience, ask about the fee, ask anything. You will get a straight answer.
